PM Core 3.10.14 - Hammurabi's Code

Create a Google Doc and name it "PM.Core.LastName_Hammurabi'sCode." Please share it with me then do the following:

1. Read through the sample list of some of Hammurabi's laws below.
2. Select one that you think is fair and write 3-4 sentences explaining your thoughts.
3. Select one that you think is unfair and write 3-4 sentences explaining your thoughts.

Be sure to use realistic reasoning. Do not include extreme "what if" scenarios in your explanation.

1. If any man, without the knowledge of the owner of a garden, fell a tree in a garden, he shall pay half a mina in money.

2. If a aman put out the eye of another man, his eye shall be put out.

3. If any one hire oxen and kill them by bad treatment or blows, he shall compensate the owner, oxen for oxen.

4. If any one is committing a robbery and is caught, then he shall be put to death.

5. If he break another man's bone, his bone shall be broken.

6. If a builder build a house for some one, and does not construct it properly, and the house which he built fall in and kill its owner, then that builder shall be put to death.
